Member/Affiliate Requirements
All applicants must:
- have correct information on file,
- have a valid, working email address,
- be active within a 180-day period*,
- and easily understand written English.
If you fail to log in at least once within a 180-day (or 6 month) period, all of your earnings, links, etc will be erased.
International Users Welcomed. However, most advertisements will be written in English, so if you cannot easily understand the ads;
then you will be of no value to our advertisers. Please do NOT join if you do not easily comprehend English.
Multiple Joins
You are not allowed to create any more than one (1) account. This policy also prohibits creating new accounts via your own referral link.
If we suspect multiple accounts for any reason, we reserve the right to forfeit all earnings you are due and/or ban you from our network.
Cheating
If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to forfeit all earnings and possibly even ban the user from our network.
Cheating would include any of the following:
- Interfering with our systems' security and/or reliability.
- Using any type of emulator or 'auto-clicker' program.
- Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.
False Representation of SmoothLinks
We do not tolerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals.
Spam
SmoothLinks promises to NEVER send you spam in any way. That includes no spam from advertisers -regardless of how much they offer us.
Additionally, we work diligently to keep your information with us safe and secure. We will never rent or lease your information (or email) to anyone for any reason.
In short, the only emails you receive from us will be information related to SmoothLinks or our network of sites.
Advertising Terms
- CANNOT contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
- CANNOT contain any frame breakers.
- MUST be english or spanish.
- CANNOT contain or promote any viruses
- CANNOT contain ANY prompts, download dialogs, or alerts
- CANNOT exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit
- CANNOT open any new windows
- Any popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms.
Violation of these terms will result in termination of the ad in violation, forfeit of credits, and a possible ban on the entire account.
Subject to change
This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
